Who we are
ShopSindhu is an app for local shops (billing, stock and profit). These terms cover the ShopSindhu app and the website shopsindhu.in. [Legal name and address of the operator: to be added by the owner.]
Using the app
You may use ShopSindhu for your own shop or for your work as a salesperson. You are responsible for the numbers you enter (items, prices, stock) and for who you give access to on your shop's phones.
Payments
ShopSindhu does not take or hold money. A UPI QR pays the UPI ID you entered. Check it carefully: a wrong ID sends money to someone else. The app cannot see your bank, so you confirm that a payment arrived.
Profit and records
Profit and stock figures are worked out from what you enter. They are a business aid, not accounting, tax or GST advice. ShopSindhu does not make GST invoices.
Early software
The app is new and still being improved. Features may change. We try to keep it working but cannot promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. Keep your own records of anything important.
Shops and salespersons
A shop decides whether to share its low-stock list. ShopSindhu does not check the identity of a shop or a salesperson, and does not guarantee any offer, price or delivery between them.
Changes and stopping
We may change these terms or the app, and may suspend an account that is misused. No fee is charged today. [Fee terms: to be added if that changes.]
